The first four weeks of childcare are to be an adjustment period. It is my responsibility to let the parent know if the child seems unhappy or the arrangement is unsatisfactory for any reason. It is the parents responsibility to let me know the same. The parent or myself can terminate the contract anytime during the adjustment period in writing or before the 30th day after care starts. If the child(re) is/are not able to adhere to the conditions/rules set by the provider he/she may be dismissed within a 24-hour notice. Provider has the entitlement to call the parents to come and pick up the child(ren) if at any time he/she becomes uncontrollable. For regular termination, two weeks written notice is required by the parent. Fees will still be due if the parents withdraw the child before notice is given, or at any given time during the notice. Termination notice will NOT be accepted while the provider or parents are on vacation. I will provide the parents with two weeks written notice if I am no longer able to care for your child. You are still responsible for paying the weekly fees during this notice regardless of whether your child attends or not.
I will terminate your childcare arrangements immediately for any of the following:
